Get Support

Getting in touch with us about your support needs has never been easier!


It has never been easier for our clients to get the support when they need and how they need it! Read on for an overview of what support options are available!

CouncilWise offers several products to the Local Government and Utilites market in Australia:

  • PropertyWise: our legacy property and rating software. While we no longer sell PropertyWise, but we do continue to support its use - and we always will!
  • CouncilWise Cloud Property and Rating: the modern, web-based property and rates system which also provides animal management, infringements, licences and permits, and regulatory application management.
  • CouncilWise Cloud Portal: our public facing CRM allows clients to manage customer requests and interactions.
  • CouncilWise Cloud Mobile: our iOS mobile app allows animal and infringement management on the go (with more features coming soon!)

For clients, there are several ways to get support for these products:

  • Email: send us an email! We'll automatically create a ticket, allowing you to track it in the Support Portal.
  • Support Portal: our one-stop location to see your support tickets, access the Knowledge Base libraries of product user guides and documentation, release notes and support call bookings and training session requests. Clients can access the portal directly from within the CouncilWise (click on the "?" at the top right) or PropertyWise (click on the "Help" button at the top right) and logging in with your Microsoft work email account.
  • Knowledge Base: our library of support articles and guides allow you to find step by step instructions for common activities within our products, as well as release notes and technical guides. Log in using your Microsoft work email account.
  • Create a Ticket: within the Support Portal, create a ticket, provide files and screenshots,  and track it to resolution. You will need to log in with your Microsoft work email account.
  • Support Call: use the "Schedule a Call" function within the Support Portal to schedule a Microsoft Teams call with one of our friendly support staff, allowing you to discuss an issue, share screens and files, and get your support issue dealt with directly.
  • Training: use the "Schedule a Call" function within the Support Portal to schedule a training session for you and your staff directly on the topic you desire. Great for new starters, as well as refresher training.

Did you know we provide Managed Services?
