CouncilWise steps into Victoria

We are pleased to announce that we have begun onboarding our first council clients in Victoria. Yarriambiack Shire Council and Ararat Rural City Council will both be 'going live' from 1 July 2020, marking both the beginnings of new opportunities for Victorian local governments as well as a milestone for growth for CouncilWise.

Both councils are best described as agile and progressive, and are already well underway with digital transformation strategies. We are pleased that CouncilWise Cloud has become a component of their strategies, and look forward to a long-term partnership. CouncilWise Cloud will provide property and rating, animal management, bulk processing, receipting, financial system integration, infringement management and licences and permit management functionality. Early days look promising, and we'll be compliant with Victoria's needs right out of the gate, even though some of the legislation is truely,... unique.

We're not promising that we'll be perfect out of the gate, but our customers understand what we're about and see the far greater potential in working with a company like us to move forward more so than doing the same thing and expecting a different result.
