Circular Head Council Upgrades

No council should be forced into making choices regarding their software. Back in 2003, Circular Head Council in the north of Tasmania made a choice to implement a little known property and rating software package developed by the staff of a nearby council. This was PropertyWise. At the time, only a few Tasmanian councils were using it. Now, 25 years later, Circular Head is migrating from our legacy PropertyWise platform to the modern CouncilWise Cloud Property and Rating platform used by councils in Tasmania, Victoria, Northern Territory and Fiji.

Covering more than 4,800 km at the top of of Tasmania, Circular Head Council has some of the most heart-wrenchingly beautiful rivers and seascapes in Australia. Home to roughly 9,000 residents, this is one of those places which should be on everyone's bucket lists. Small. Beautiful. Who would NOT want to work in conditions like this!

While remote, Circular Head has a capable and dedicated workforce. We are over the moon to be able to continue delivering a quality property and rating solution which won't cost them an arm and a leg to administer. With all of the normal local government functions to administer - animal management, building and planning applications, licences and permits, infringements and property management - Circular Head and their community deserve the best.
