We built a public portal with CRM capabilities because we knew the CRM world was a tough one to navigate for local governments - and an expensive one. Over the past three years, it has grown from strength to strength, largely based on the input from our clients. This week, a longterm client in Tasmania is going live.
Glamorgan Spring Bay Council is made up of those beautiful sites which form the draw card for tourism and lifestyle. Located on the eastern coast of Tasmania, they have been using our solutions for 24 years now. Small but dynamic, they have been cutting edge for quite some time, being the first local government to embrace Xero for their financials (and saving a massive amount of money in the process).
Now, Glamorrgan is going live with the CouncilWise Portal. Community members will be able to log issues - anything from potholes to dangerous dogs, to... well, anything Council can think of! The ticket can then be managed internally to completion, and the community member informed. Community members can log anonymously, or create an account which allows them to track the progress of the issue.
A huge thank you to the Glamorgan Spring Bay team for placing their ongoing trust in our software for the past 24 years and now into the future. We are small - like our clients - but we punch above our size, and we'll continue rolling out innovative features at an effective price, deliver exceptional customer service, and enjoy client visits to some of the most incredible regions across Australia.
